Terms & Conditions

It is the aim of Jump Event Catering to provide every client with the event they expect and to make their booking with total confidence.Written confirmation or receipt of a deposit for a booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Payment

10% non refundable deposit with booking, 40% 30 days prior to event and the outstanding balance to be paid 7 days prior to the event.All events require written confirmation to Jump Event Catering, accompanied by the required deposit within fourteen days of the booking. The deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation. If no confirmation is received the booking will be deemed cancelled by the customer.In the event of cancellation of a confirmed event the following charges will apply: If the cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice the full value of the event will be charged. If cancellation is made prior to 7days, then 50% of the total value of the event will be chargedCheques must be made payable to Jump Event Catering.
